Sam talks about the Rugby World Cup - he attended the opening - and says the opening was "up there with the Olympics". The Parliamentary Rugby World Cup has also just finished up and Sam was a member of the winning side, retaining the world championship. He then talks about the Pacific Islands Forum, held in Auckland over the week leading up to RWC2011. All in all, a series of successes over the week. Locally, Sam's been up to a great deal in the electorate and he talks about a bit of that - and what's coming next.

If a 16 or 17 year old leaves school but does not go into work or further education, there is a 90% chance they will be on a benefit by the time they are 18.
